SOL FEATURES

Continuous side sealing machine with intermittent, fixed bar (previous generation to the STAR EVO “new design”). 

The machine is equipped with a fixed transversal seal bar with intermittent operation which moves vertically as the product arrives, to cut and seal the front and back of the bag. Side sealing always takes place continuously to allow product packaging without length limits. Product width up to 1000 mm, product height up to 400 mm. Speed with A4 format up to 3000-4500 pcs/h. Packaging completely closed and sealed on 3 sides, with handle, with Euroforo and easy opening, in modified atmosphere (MAP): possibility of packaging in protected atmosphere with Polypropylene barrier film or coupled.

'BABY' version available with bar width 300 mm; version 500, 600, up to the widest version, 800 mm, with standard height of 300 mm or with optional up to 450 mm. Versions 500 & 600 are also available in the "COMBO" version with built-in tunnel. Thanks to the optional and "double" sealing systems, you can work with all the types of film available on the market: polyolefin, polypropylene, flat or center-folded film, neutral or printed.
Available in intermittent or box motion version based on customer's speed requirements or with "rotative" bar for high speeds, even in special versions with intermittent or moving, vertical seal bar.

A shrink tunnel from our range can be added to complete the packaging cycle. Thanks to the optional and "double" sealing systems, you can work with all the types of film available on the market: polyolefin, polypropylene, flat or center-folded film, neutral or printed (with Euroforo, with a Handle, with Pre-cutting for easy opening and with "open-close").
Available in intermittent, box motion or rotary version, based on speed requirements.

Features

The machine is equipped with a moving, transversal, heat seal bar in continuous operation that "accompanies" the products. There are no stops and starts since the bar works continuously to reach the high speeds and provides greater stability. Side sealing always takes place continuously to allow product packaging without length limits. Product width up to 1020 mm, product height up to 400 mm. Speed with A4 format up to 6000 with DEA Standard and up to 9000 pcs/h with the SERVO brushless motors.
Packaging possibilities: packaging completely closed and sealed on 3 sides, shrinked, with handle, with Eurohole and easy opening. In modified atmosphere (MAP): possibility of packing in a protected atmosphere with Polypropylene barrier film or coupled.
